Fri 07.03.08 From 28/03/2008, any person who requires a Visitor Visa to enter New Zealand must apply for a Transit Visa to transit New Zealand. This means that: - Any Chinese, Taiwanese, Thai person transiting New Zealand to travel to China or Hong Kong must apply for a Transit Visa for the journey THERE and another for the RETURN journey. - Any Paraguayan or Bolivian transiting New Zealand to another country needs a Transit Visa.
