Team Administrator, Reception

The New Zealand High Commission in Canberra is currently seeking applications from an experienced person for a part-time position of Team Administrator, Reception in our Chancery on Commonwealth Avenue, Canberra.
As the first point of contact for the High Commission this role requires a professional, flexible person with a strong customer service focus. This position is a key point of contact and is responsible for providing telephone and reception service as well as general administration to help ensure the efficient and smooth running of the office.
The role would ideally suit an experienced receptionist. To be successful you will need to have a professional and mature outlook; enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people; and have excellent telephony, team work , customer service, administration and communication skills. A strong understanding of IT systems, especially Microsoft Office applications is desirable.
