Slovenia: Rowing regatta
From 28 August to 4 September 2011 the beautiful lakeside town of Bled, in the north-western reaches of Slovenia, is hosting the 2011 World Rowing Championships. This championship is the biggest to-date, attracting a record 68 nations and over 1200 athletes.
