VIPs network at opening of new Brussels chancery
The new chancery of the New Zealand Embassy in Brussels was officially opened on 21 April 2010 by Ambassador Peter Kennedy, on behalf of Foreign Affairs Minister Murray McCully. Mr McCully had been forced to abandon his trip to Brussels and Estonia after disruptions to air travel caused by volcanic ash from Iceland.
