An exciting opportunity as Administration Manager has become available at the New Zealand Embassy/Mission to the EU in Brussels.
In this busy position, you will manage a team of administration and consular staff to support the delivery of the Post’s strategic outputs. You will ensure office processes and systems run smoothly, take charge of budget management and ensure compliance with all process guidelines and internal controls. You will manage property and facilities service providers and ensuring cost efficient contracts run smoothly. You will also provide basic HR guidance and administration assistance to our Head of Mission and Management team.
You will have significant experience in office administration and team management, and be comfortable working as part of a team. You will also need to demonstrate strong English communication skills, relationship building skills, customer focus and attention to detail. In particular the ability to build working relationships with off shore teams is essential.
Salary range €51,705 - €69,955, dependant on experience.
