Visa applications are no longer processed by the New Zealand Embassy in Brussels
Change to receiving office for visas in Western Europe
From 10 December 2012, the New Zealand Embassy in Brussels will no longer receive and process visa applications on behalf of Immigration New Zealand. All applications that were previously received by these Embassies should be sent by mail or courier to the Immigration New Zealand Visa Application Centre (VAC) in London.
How do you obtain visa applications forms?
All visa applications can be forwarded from the website www.immigration.govt.nz
Alternatively the VAC can email application forms to you
Applications can be submitted to the London VAC by mail or by courier. If you reside in Western Europe you may choose, where possible, to provide a prepaid courier pack for the return of your passport, or alternatively pay for this service to be arranged by VAC.

Fees
The VAC will charge a visa service fee for each application. This fee is £24 and should be submitted along with the relevant visa application fee.

How quickly will your visa be processed:
To assist with a timely decision on your visa application, please ensure that you submit all required documentation.
Upon receipt of your completed application, we will endeavour to decide your application within 10 working days. Your case officer will contact you if these timeframes are unable to be met or if further information is required in order to make a decision on your application.
