Other New Zealand memorials

There are a number of memorials in other parts of Belgium and Luxembourg that commemorate members of the New Zealand Defence Force, mainly aircrew. These memorials usually mark the site where WWII aircraft with allied forces on board crashed. An example of this is the Lancaster Memorial in Luxemburg.

Many towns have annual commemorations to remember the sacrifices made by allied soldiers in the war.
