CarSol Fruit Export S.A. achieves international certification of its carbon footprint

CarSol Fruit Export S.A. has achieved the CEMARSTM certification (Certified Emissions Management And Reduction Scheme).

This certification in the ISO 14064-1 standard is a milestone for Fruit Export SA CarSol in its commitment to the environment and leadership, ensuring its customers have concrete evidence of their efforts to manage and reduce carbon emissions in an effective and credible way, having calculated its carbon footprint and commited to a reduction plan through the implementation of management plans.

After the presentation of the certificate by the Ambassador of New Zealand John Capper, he referred to the certification obtained and to how this berry exporting company is being pioneer by becoming certified in this world-class standard. “This certification of excellence in the management of greenhouse gases is a chance for you to get out to your target markets and show your customers and stakeholders how Chilean fruit is seen before the world.”
