Mike Webb from the New Zealand Embassy in Santiago recently presented to the International Seminar "Climate Change and Carbon Footprinting: Challenges for Agriculture in the South of Chile" organised by the Chilean Agriculture Research Institute INIA.

This presentation explained the role of the Global Research Alliance on Greenhouse Gas Emissions.
