Prestigious program carboNZero delivers Carbon Footprint Certification CEMARS to LINSA-TRAMACA

With this certification Linsa -Tramaca becomes the first Chilean transportation company with this commitment to improve its emission standards through a targetted Reduction Plan, which will be monitored each year.

In a ceremony that took place on July 25 at the offices of the New Zealand Embassy, Ambassador Rosermary Paterson presented the prestigious international certification CEMARS, of carboNZero to the President from LINSA - TRAMACA, Mr. Jorge Andres Gonzalez who commented: "With this achievement we are sending a strong signal to our customers, we are saying that Linsa-Tramaca has the vision and capabilities to contribute from to the development of sustainable mining, we will not wait to be required to raise our environmental standards, because it is in our interest is to anticipate the challenges of mining and to be able to meet them in a strategic alliance. "

CarboNZero is an internationally recognised New Zealand company that that has already delivered Carbon Footprint certification to several Chilean companies in various sectors.
