I’d like to start by saying how honoured I am that State Councillor Meng has travelled from Beijing to join us in celebrating New Zealand’s Expo National Day.
I’d also like to acknowledge Chairman Liu and Vice Minister Cui. It is a great pleasure to be here at Expo, and I congratulate you on its success.
