Applications for visas for people holding diplomatic or official passports should be submitted directly to INZ branches in Beijing or Shanghai .

There are Immigration New Zealand offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Please note that they are separate from the New Zealand Embassy and Consulates General. You should only send applications directly to Immigration New Zealand branches if your application is being sent from outside China, for example, from Mongolia or from New Zealand.
