New Zealand Embassy Beijing, China

New Zealand Development Project Fund Deadline

Development Project Fund (DPF) for China is a grant scheme managed by the New Zealand Embassy in Beijing. The DPF is a component of New Zealand Government’s international aid and development programme managed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT).
We would like to advise that this year the target western provinces and regions are still Guizhou, Yunnan, Gansu, Xinjiang, Guangxi, Sichuan, Tibet, Qinghai and Ningxia.
Applications for the next round of Development Project Fund should be submitted to Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) sent through the relevant Department of Commerce (DOFCOM) before Friday 22 August 2014. Local and international NGOs may apply directly to the Embassy before the deadline.
The Guidelines and Application Forms are attached, in both English and Chinese.
