The Rewi Alley Series is a five part documentary celebrating the life and achievements of one of New Zealand’s greatest sons. Shot in location in NZ and China, this stunning series features dramatised re-enactments, rare archive footage and interviews with Rewi’s family, close friends and colleagues. This series provides both a unique insight into Alley’s incredible life and an extraordinary commentary on the tumultuous events of 20th Century China.
