World class New Zealand awards programme

Nominations are being called for the 2009 World Class New Zealand awards programme.

The awards, established in 2003, are a KEA New Zealand and NZTE initiative that seeks to recognise “successful world-class New Zealanders who generously give their time, knowledge and skills to help New Zealand companies and industries succeed internationally".

This year there will be a new category in the awards – “Friend of New Zealand” – a category formed to recognise non-New Zealanders who promote and celebrate New Zealand on the world stage. Nominations for the Awards close on October 15. Click here for more information.
