ANZAC Day 2011

ANZAC Day is a significant national day of commemoration for New Zealanders and Australians. It marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) during the First World War.

Christchurch Earthquake

A magnitude 6.3 earthquake occurred near the city of Christchurch in Canterbury, New Zealand, on 22 February 2011.
