Enquiries from nationals of France and North Africa for permanent residence are handled by the London office of Immigration New Zealand (INZ). Expressions of interest are initially lodged via the INZ website.

Note that one of the criteria is that applicants must have a good understanding (written and oral) of English. No information is therefore available in French.
