LES Vacancy Administration /Property Assistant.
The New Zealand Embassy in Berlin is seeking a fixed term, part time Administration /Property Assistant.
Locally Engaged part time 14.5 hours a week. Fixed-term position available from 5 January to 30 June 2015.
The position requires the undertaking of a wide range of tasks, which include dealing with service and facility management providers as well as processing claims and technical service documents in German and English. You would work closely with the Team Administrator (Property) and the Administration Manager to support the efficient and smooth running of the New Zealand Embassy office.
The position is ideal for a candidate with good written and oral German and English communication skills, and with some administrative work experience - preferably in an international environment - and with a technical background.
The successful applicant will be employed on local terms and conditions and must have the right to work in Germany. Obtaining and maintaining the appropriate work visa is the responsibility of the applicant and any offer of employment is subject to this. In addition relocation to Berlin is to be undertaken at the expense of the applicant.
Annual Salary for the part time position will be between €9,500 and €12,000 depending on skills and experience.
