2nd Down Under Berlin - Australian Film Festival highlights cinema from New Zealand

The 2nd Down Under Berlin - Australian Film Festival will take place from September 13th - 16th, 2012 at Germany's oldest cinema Kino Moviemento in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Down Under Berlin exclusively presents New Zealand and Australian cinema.

This year, the new festival section "New Zealand" will highlight the work of Cannes selected director Taika Waititi and present the documentary "I am the River" in its german premiere in the presence of film maker Luigi Cutore. Down Under Berlin will show a total of 63 films of which 56 films will premiere in Berlin.
