Jonathan Lemalu to perform in Berlin

New Zealand baritone Jonathan Lemalu will perform at the Philharmonie in Berlin on Monday 11 October 2010, at 8 pm in the Kammermusiksaal.

Together with pianist Malcolm Martineau, Lemalu will present famous works by Robert Schumann und Johannes Brahms, in addition to lesser known works by Modest Mussorgsky, Gabriel Fauré and Richard Rodney Bennett.

These songs will portray every level of emotion which a human being runs through in their life: love songs and songs about broken hearts, desire, despair, euphoria and disappointment, tragedy and death, hope and happiness.

Definitely something for a grey autumn evening!
