New Zealand Lamb and Venison tantalise the German palette
On the last weekend of October New Zealand was guest country at the 8th Kulinart - a culinary fair for delicacies and style taking place in Frankfurt am Main.
On both days organic celebrity chef Christian Kolb opened the days programme with mouth watering demonstrations of some of NZ's gourmet Venison and Lamb dishes.
NZ Ambassador to Germany, Peter Rider, opened this years Kulinart in Frankfurt, where more than 60 German and International exhibitors and chefs presented a plethora of products, culinary creations and taste sensations.
