Sustainable Energy For New Zealand

Baden-Wuerttemberg International are hosting an information and networking function on sustainable energy at the Haus der Wirtschaft in Stuttgart on September 23rd,open from 9am.

A New Zealand delegation of policy makers in the area of wind, solar, bio-energy and geothermal energy will be visiting Stuttgart. Their aim is to further deepen the delegates’ knowledge of the German market and gain valuable business contacts within German companies and institutions. This visit has arisen from New Zealand’s desire to promote the use of renewable energy in which conditions for expansion are favourable.

The function will provide information on both the New Zealand and German market for renewable energies, funding opportunities, the latest research and give practical examples. In addition, attendees will have a platform for discussion with company representatives and policy makers from the administrative and scientific sectors of both countries.
