New Zealand International Doctoral Research Scholarships
The New Zealand Government’s most prestigious research scholarship, the New Zealand International Doctoral Research Scholarships (NZIDRS), are being offered to applicants from all countries.
Launched in 2005, the NZIDRS present prospective applicants from Hong Kong and Macao with a significant educational opportunity. Funded by the New Zealand Government and administered by Education New Zealand, the scholarships provide financial support for students undertaking doctoral degrees by research at New Zealand universities. The NZIDRS is part of the Government’s drive to attract top quality international students to study in New Zealand.
Hong Kong and Macao graduates who are thinking about doctoral studies seriously and who meet the necessary requirements should consider applying for a scholarship under this scheme before the annual deadline of 15 July.
For details of NZIDR scholarship entitlements, application forms, guidelines for applicants, and terms and conditions of the scholarships can be downloaded from the NZIDR scholarship webpage.
