The Immigration New Zealand office in New Delhi is based in the New Zealand High Commission. This office assesses visa applications from any person resident in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan.

Immigration New Zealand, New Delhi branch has appointed TT Services to accept applications at their offices within India on its behalf. Please visit them for information about the location of TT services office and their contact details.

Please note that staff at Immigration New Zealand, New Delhi do not meet visitors/applicants except by prior appointment.

In addition, TT Services manages a Contact Centre to support Immigration New Zealand in India. All e-mail and telephone queries to the New Delhi Branch are received by the Contact Centre staff who will reply to all general queries related to visa applications.

Telephone enquiries are answered from 9.00am to 3.00pm from Monday to Friday. All e-mail queries are responded to within 72 hours.

Urgent queries pertaining to applications under consideration at the New Delhi Branch will be notified to the appropriate visa officer by the Contact Centre staff for a direct response. Please note that E-mail continues to be our preferred mode of communication.
