Christchurch Earthquake Appeal

Prime Minister of New Zealand, John Key, has launched the Christchurch Earthquake Appeal, a global fundraiser for the recovery effort in the city and the Canterbury region.

The Appeal hopes to reach as many people as possible around the world who wish to help and support Christchurch, and is open for donations from both private and government sources.

Donations can be made through The Christchurch Earthquake Appeal website. Donations can also be made via internet banking, or at any branch of New Zealand’s retail banks, by depositing into account number 03-0251-0039807-00.
