How we can assist

This Embassy is able to provide assistance and guidance to any New Zealander in distress, for example, if you have been involved in an accident, been hospitalised, arrested and detained, or you have lost your passport. The number to call is:

After Hours:
New Zealand citizens who require urgent consular assistance can telephone the after hours duty officer on (021) 2995 5800 extn 111. Callers from outside of Indonesia can reach this line on +62 21 2995 5800 extn 111.
