This section provides essential information for New Zealanders undertaking a short or long-term stay in Indonesia.

The Consular Section of the Embassy is open Monday to Thursday from 0700-1200 hours and 1230-1600 hours and on Friday from 0730-1300 hours.

New Zealand citizens who require urgent consular assistance can telephone the after hours duty officer on (021) 2995 5800 extn 111. Callers from outside of Indonesia can reach this line on +62 21 2995 5800 extn 111.
