Muslim School Joins New Zealand System

A Muslim educational institution providing Islamic education and the New Zealand curriculum has become an Integrated School.

Zayed College for Girls (ZCG) based in New Zealand ’s South Auckland suburb of Mangere joined the 330 plus Integrated Schools on New Year’s Day.

The School is owned and managed by the Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable & Humanitarian Foundation New Zealand, named after the former Ruler of the United Arab Emirates.

As well as offering Islamic Studies including the Holy Quran, Arabic and compulsory subjects (English, Mathematics and Science), the School provides a number of optional subjects for Year 7 to 13 students.
