Joint statement on a strategic cooperative partnership between Japan and New Zealand - shared values and vision

Naoya Kakizoe made Honorary Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit

It was announced in the 2013 Queen’s Birthday Honours list that Mr Naoya Kakizoe, former president of Nippon Suisan Kaisha Ltd, has been made an Honorary Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit in recognition of his services to New Zealand-Japan relations.

Minister Simon Bridges makes speech at the 19th International Conference on the Future of Asia

New Zealand’s energy and labour minister, Hon Simon Bridges, was invited by Nikkei Inc to participate in the 19th International Conference on the Future of Asia, held in Tokyo 23-24 May.
