ANZCCJ Position Available: Operations Manager

Part Time Position

The Australian and New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Japan requires a bilingual, native-English speaking Operations Manager. Experience dealing with Australian and New Zealand firms preferred. The successful applicant will commence training as soon as possible, or by late February 2011 at the latest.

This position is being offered on a part time maternity-cover 12-month basis. The core hours have tentatively been set as 9:30 – 14:30 Monday – Friday. The position will also require occasional work outside of these hours for events, meetings and other business.

The successful applicant will have excellent computer, organisational and people skills and fluent Japanese. Marketing / sales skills advantageous.
Applicants should be comfortable working in a very small office environment where initiative and multitasking are essential.

Remuneration: The position will offer an hourly rate commensurate with the applicant's skills and experience.
