Assistance from Sister Cities New Zealand

Sister City networks in Japan make immediate contact with their partner SC in New Zealand as they are anxious to know how they may be able to offer support in a timely and constructive way.
Sister Cities New Zealand has had a number of offers of accommodation for families or individuals who may wish to leave Japan for a short time while the situation comes under control. They are particularly anxious to help children where possible and are happy to offer homestay and alternative schooling in the short term.

Air NZ is also offering support packages for people needing to leave Japan in a hurry.
(NZ : 09-357-3000or Japan: 0120-300-747 or 03-5521-2727) .

Please contact your Sister City counterpart or Sister Cities New Zealand for further details on this.
