Title: 39th Japan New Zealand Business Council Meeting held in New Zealand

Ambassador Sinclair joined 146 attendees at the 39th Joint Meeting of the Japan New Zealand Business Council in Auckland on 6-8 November.  This was the biggest turnout for an annual JNZBC meeting, and included an impressive 63 guests from Japan. 

A feature of this year’s meeting was the strong showing by innovative, high tech New Zealand firms.  Prime Minister John Key delivered the key note address at the meeting with the Japanese Chairman Mr Ryu Yano of Sumitomo Forestry making a response.  You can learn more about the meeting and the JNZBC by visiting their wesbite http://www.jnzbc.com/
