Visa section office hours and contacts

The Immigration New Zealand is represented in Seoul by two visa officers who provide a wide range of visa and immigration services. The visa officers issue visas for temporary uses, including work, student and visitor's visas.

The New Zealand Embassy, Visa Section is open from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 12:00am for receiving new applications and 1:30pm to 2:30pm for collecting your passport with a visa.

Visa information

Information about New Zealand visas is available on the Immigration New Zealand website. The site also has downloadable visa application forms.

Information can also be obtained from the Embassy's automated telephone information service (ARS) on 02-3701-7700.

Inquiries

All inquiries must be made in writing and then sent to the Embassy by e-mail or fax. The visa officers do not receive any walk-in visitors nor they answer inquiries that are made through telephone.
