New Zealand F&B Cooking Class – 'A Healthy Winter with New Zealand Cuisine'

NZTE presented a New Zealand F&B cooking class for Korean bloggers.

On 10 December, New Zealand Trade and Enterprise presented a ‘A Healthy Winter with New Zealand Cuisine’ cooking class with leading monthly cooking and cuisine magazine Essen at the Ranee Cooking Academy in Seoul.

Aimed at introducing Korean food bloggers and consumers to premium New Zealand food and beverage products available in Korea, grass-fed beef, King salmon, blackcurrant, avocado spread, beverage syrup, wine and organic juice were introduced through the cooking class.

Fifteen influential bloggers were selected and invited to participate in the event, led by Korean-Kiwi celebrity chef, Jin Ho Lee, who presented a cooking demonstration with premium quality ingredients from eight participating New Zealand companies. Trade Commissioner Ryan Freer participated in the event which included a cooking demonstration, tasting, cultural performance and photo session.
