Executive Assistant (to the High Commissioner)

The New Zealand High Commission in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to the High Commissioner.
In this busy position you will provide professional PA and administrative services to the Head of Mission, arrange and organise functions/meetings as well as manage official visits among others.
Your excellent administrative skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stake holders will be key to your success. You must also have sound judgement, critical and analytical thinking skills , attention to detail, motivation, initiative, and an ability to set priorities. Strong written and oral English, local language communication skills and the ability to multitask are also essential. Experience in a local and / or international government agency would be an advantage.
Annual starting salary will be dependent upon skills and experience.
We are looking for the successful appointee to be available to commence duties in April 2015.
