Staff at the New Zealand Embassy are able to provide a number of notarial services for a fee. Please contact the Embassy to make an appointment.

Affidavits and Statutory Declarations

Fee: MX$540 per affidavit
+ MX$270 per copy.

Certified True Copies

Fee: MX$270 per certified copy
+ MX$135 per copy.

Witnessing of Signature

Fee: MX$540 per document
+ MX$270 per copy.

Legalisation of Signature

Usually for documents issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
This may be done by mail or in person.

Fee: MX$810 per document
+ MX$405 per copy.

Please note:
Some of these services require you to sign in person at the Embassy. If it would be difficult for you to come to the Embassy, you may wish to consider using a local Notary, Justice of the Peace or Solicitor to provide these services.
