Changes for Cuban visa processing

The receiving office for New Zealand visa applications from Cuban Nationals has changed. Applications can no longer be lodged with the New Zealand High Commission in Ottawa, and instead need to be sent to the New Zealand Visa Application Centre (VAC) in London for processing from 10 December 2012.

The London VAC facilitation fee is £24.00 per application.

Applicants can either include a pre-paid self-addressed courier envelope with their application for the return of passports and original documents, or pay the VAC for the cost of the courier. Please refer to the website of TT Services (www.ttsnzvisa.com), Immigration New Zealand’s agent, for information regarding courier options.

Applications submitted in person may by paid by credit card or cash.

Applications submitted by mail or courier may be paid by credit card only.
