Directions to the Embassy

To plan your journey to the Embassy using public transport from anywhere in The Netherlands click here.

Public transport from The Hague Central Station (Den Haag Centraal):

  • Tram 17 to Statenkwartier: get off at the stop Statenplein. The Embassy is a few minutes walk.

Public transport from The Hague Hollands Spoor (Den Haag HS):

  • Tram 1 to Scheveningen Noorderstrand: get off at the stop World Forum. The Embassy is a few minutes walk.
  • Tram 17 to Statenkwartier: get off at the stop Statenplein. The Embassy is a few minutes walk.

Emergency consular assistance

Emergency consular assistance for New Zealanders is available after hours. A recorded message on the Embassy's answerphone directs you to the number of the after hours Duty Officer.

New Zealand Honorary Consuls-General

In each of the three Nordic countries to which the Embassy in The Hague is accredited there is a New Zealand Consulate-General, headed by an Honorary Consul-General.  The Honorary Consuls do not have any responsibility for visa matters.  Please refer visa related questions to Immigration New Zealand ( or +64 9 914 4100).
