Witnessing documents and Notarial services

Staff at the New Zealand Embassy are able to provide a number of notarial services for a fee (only payable in cash - no PIN facility available)

Affidavits and Statutory Declarations

Fee: €40 per affidavit
+ €20 for each addditional copy

Certified True Copies

Fee: €20 per certified copy
+ €10.00 for each additional copy

Witnessing of Signature

Fee: €40 per document
+ €20 for each additional
 

Please note:

Some of these services require you to sign in person at the Embassy. If it would be difficult for you to come to the Embassy, you may wish to consider using a local Notary, Justice of the Peace or Solicitor to provide these services.

Make sure you bring your passport to identify yourself.
