Witnessing documents and Notarial services
Staff at the New Zealand Embassy are able to provide a number of notarial services (fees apply).
The Embassy does not currently have pin/credit card facilities. We accept payment by cash or bank transfer. If you wish to pay by bank transfer please ensure the funds are transferred at least two days prior to visiting the embassy as we must be able to confirm receipt of funds.

Affidavits, Statutory Declarations and Witnessing of Signature
Fee: €30 per document (+ €15 for each addditional copy)
Certified True Copies
Fee: €15 per certified copy (+ €7.50 for each additional copy)
Some of these services require you to sign in person at the Embassy. If it would be difficult for you to come to the Embassy, you may wish to consider using a local Notary, Justice of the Peace or Solicitor to provide these services.
Make sure you bring your passport to identify yourself.
