Embassy Closed 24 December 2011 to 3 January 2012

The New Zealand Embassy in The Hague will be closed for the Christmas/New Year holiday from 5pm on Friday 23 December 2011 and will reopen at 9am on Wednesday 4 January 2012.

During this time emergency consular assistance for New Zealanders in distress will be provided by an on-call duty officer who can be contacted by calling the office on +31 70 346 9324.

During the holiday period the visa office will also be closed.  Visa applicants who will be travelling in the first week of January are encouraged to lodge their applications as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment. Passports recieved before the shutdown will be held securely in the Embassy untill we reopen on 4 January and will not be able to be returned during the office closure.
