ANZAC Day in the French Pacific Territories
ANZAC Day 2012 was commemorated in the French Pacific Territories with three ceremonies: in New Caledonia, in both Noumea and at the New Zealand War Cemetery in Bourail, and in French Polynesia, at the graves of New Zealand and Australian World War One soldiers in Papeete.

New Zealand Consul General Linda Te Puni's visit to French Polynesia
New Zealand Consul General Linda Te Puni made her first accreditation visit to French Polynesia in April. During her stay in Papeete, the Consul General met with a number of key political and economic leaders including French High Commissioner Richard Didier, President Oscar Temaru, ministers, mayors, business contacts including the Chamber of Commerce, Industry Services and Trades and people with other links with New Zealand, such as in education and culture.

ANZAC Day Office Closure
The Consulate will be closed on the morning of Wednesday 25th April and all day Thursday 26th of April due to ANZAC Day ceremonies.
