Vacancy Accounts/Administration Officer

The New Zealand Consulate-General in Noumea is looking to recruit a full-time Accounts Officer to join our small team of local support staff. The key task of this position is accounts management with back up administrative support provided in areas such as immigration and property.

New Zealand appoints an Honorary Consul to French Polynesia

Mr Eric Malmezac has been appointed by the New Zealand Government as New Zealand’s Honorary Consul to French Polynesia.

Mr Malmezac is a respected businessman in Papeete, with involvement in the shipping and tourism industries. He has good business contacts with New Zealand and has family members based there. 

Mr Malmezac was appointed on 6 October. New Zealand’s Noumea-based Consul-General to the French Pacific Territories, Simon Draper, will be in Papeete on 25 November to officially welcome Mr Malmazac to his new role.
