Notarial services and fees

The New Zealand Consulate-General in Noumea is able to perform the following notarial acts, on appointment:

• Certified True Copy of a Document for New Zealand
  Confirms the authenticity of original New Zealand documents.
  Documents required: Original document, your passport
  Cost: 2 300 CFP per document

• Witnessing of a Signature
  Document to be signed in front of a Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (Consulate) official.
  Documents required: Instructions from the agency asking for the witnessing of the signature, passport
  Cost: 4 600 CFP per document

• Taking an Affadavit, Affirmation or Declaration
  Document prepared by solicitor or applicant.
  Documents required: the affidavit, affirmation or declaration, solicitor’s instructions, passport.
  Cost: 4 600 CFP per document
