Vacancy Accounts/Administration Officer
The New Zealand Consulate-General in Noumea is looking to recruit a full-time Accounts Officer to join our small team of local support staff. The key task of this position is accounts management with back up administrative support provided in areas such as immigration and property.
Applicants will preferably have a relevant tertiary qualification and should have at least 5 years administrative/clerical work experience and a good working knowledge of office systems and equipment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and work to deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of initiative and good judgement
- Good communication skills – both oral and written in English and French
- Good computer skills – knowledge of FMIS Navision an advantage
The ideal start date for this position is early February 2012.
