Antipodes - Contest

Contestants in the Antipodes known and unknown contest

The presentation of awards for the "Antipodes known and unknown" contest took place at the Polonia Home in Krakow on 11 April.

Over 500 students of high schools from the Malopolskie Voievodship participated in this year’s contest, organised by the Australia, New Zealand and Oceania Research Association (ANZORA).

The leading theme of this year’s (fourth) edition was Poles in the Pacific.

During the award ceremony, representatives of the New Zealand Embassy, Embassy of Australia and the Małopolski School Superintendent handed out prizes for the best students and teachers. The Winner was Klaudia Jusko from High school no. 1 in Krakow and her teacher Andrzej Szostek.
