New Zealand Cuisine – book launch
The New Zealand Ambassador Wendy Hinton hosted a promotion of New Zealand cuisine and presentation of a new cook book by professional chef Ilona Zdziech on 26 June .
The book includes a selection of traditional New Zealand recipes and information about unique ingredients found in New Zealand cuisine. The guests were treated to a New Zealand lunch and listened to presentations by the author and by Dave Harrison, representative of New Zealand Beef and Lamb. The participants included media, chefs, restaurateurs and importers of New Zealand products.
