Remembrance Day at the Commonwealth Cementery in Poznań

Julian Ludbrook, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of New Zealand

On Monday 12 November 2012, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of New Zealand, Julian Ludbrook visited Commonwealth War Cementary in Poznan.

 Mr Ludbrook attended Remembrance Service honouring all those from The Commonwealth who have fought and died in the cause of freedom.
Present at the ceremony were Ambassadors and Charge d’Affaires from a number of Commonwealth countries, as well as Defence Attachés from many nations.

Remembrance Services at the Commonwealth War Graves were also held in Cracow, Malbork and Warsaw, where around 200 people gathered at the Skaryszewski Memorial to Royal Air Force Liberator EV941.
