The Ocean of Documents. The Archives of the Polish Community in Australia, New Zealand and Oceania

The Faculty of Philology and History at Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa is hosting an exhibition called “The Ocean of Documents.

The Archives of the Polish Community in Australia, New Zealand and Oceania”. The event is being held under the honorary patronage of the New Zealand Embassy in Warsaw. The main objective of the exhibition is to promote the valuable legacy of the Polish emigrants in the Antipodes. The exhibition opened on 5th Dec 2012 in the presence of our diplomatic mission’s representative. The event was accompanied by the History of Pahiatua’s Polish Children film show.
