Witnessing Legal Documents
The New Zealand Embassy can witness affidavits, affirmations, statutory declarations and certify official documents for use under New Zealand law. The witnessing must take place in person at the New Zealand Embassy, 44 Povarskaya Ulitsa, Moscow.
We can also make certified copies of your original documents which can be sent by post or delivered in person.
Please bring in your passport or driver's licence as ID. A consular fee will be charged.

Authenticating New Zealand documents for use in other countries
The authentication of certain official documents for use in other countries (e.g. educational qualifications) is managed by the Authentications Unit of the Department of Internal Affairs. The process varies depending on document type and country requirements - see Authentication of Documents
