Ambassador presents his Credentials in Ukraine

Ambassador Ian Hill presented his Credentials to Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko on 1 December at the House of Chimeras in Kyiv, thereby becoming New Zealand Ambassador to Ukraine.

While in Ukraine, the Ambassador also met Deputy Prime Minister Hryhoriy Nemyria, Deputy Foreign Minister Oleksander Horin, members of the Verkhovna Rada Deputies Group for Inter-Parliamentary ties with New Zealand, Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy Anatoliy Miroshnikov and Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Veterinary Medicine of Ukraine Yuri Sadvari, and the Head of the Directorate for Bilateral Trade and Economic Cooperation at the Ministry of Economy, Pavel Popov.
