What the Embassy does

The New Zealand Embassy in Riyadh is an overseas post of the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. The Embassy is accredited to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Oman.

The main focus of the Embassy's work is managing New Zealand's political, security, trade and economic relations with its countries of accreditation. Providing consular services for the welfare and protection of New Zealanders within the region, plus statutory services for government agencies is also an important Embassy role.
